You can change how your skipper/Owners name is displayed on the results and who's entered page by logging into your MyJOG account and click on Edit my Details.
Change the option "How do you want your name to appear Publicly?"
Note that if you are a co-owner, you need to be the person who added the race entries initially for this to take effect.
Members have to opt-in to be listed in the members directory.
Navigate to the Edit My Details Section in MyJOG and select the option “If I am a member list me in the member's directory”.
Members can also add a profile picture of themselves.
If you have a shorthanded IRC certificate and you are sailing double handed, You can amend each of your race entries to use your shorthanded certificate.
To do this, click on My Race Entries when logged into your MyJOG account. Manage each race entry ensuring that you select Double Handed and then "Use my Shorthanded Certificate"
If you do not see the option for the Shorthanded certificate, this is because JOG have not yet received one automatically from IRC.
Clicking on My Boats, you will see both your primary and your shorthanded certificate.
Note that entry fees are based on the class that you as a result of your primary IRC certificate.
JOG usually automatically recieves your new IRC Certificate the morning after it is sent to you by the rating office. There is no need to notify JOG of your new certificate as the JOG systems check every 5 hours.
If you have a Co-Skipper you can send them and invote to manage all aspects of your race entry, crew and boat. Log into your MyJOG account and selectr Linked Accounts. From here, you can invite a Co-Owner and once they accept, they will have access to manage these aspects of your account.
Note membership discount eligibility is based on the membership level of the person entering races irrespective of your membership level.
